If you’re ready to add a taste of France to your home-cooking repertoire, this cooking class is most certainly for you. With a world-class chef showing you the way, you’ll quickly get to grips with a classic French savory menu featuring dishes like pan-roasted chicken with whole-grain mustard sauce, green beans with lemon, capers and herbs plus creamy truffled pommes dauphine. Need something sweet to finish? A classic vanilla crème brûlée is sure to do the trick.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
