WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience an authentic Spanish menu for four traditional dishes, including seafood paella and patatas bravas.
Step into a classic Spanish kitchen for a hands-on cooking class featuring bold, regional flavors and authentic dishes. Led by a top-tier chef, you’ll create delicious tapas, including a vibrant kale salad with Marcona almonds and golden fried patatas bravas with smoky aioli. Then, sauté ​​sofrito, layer ingredients and build a socarrat for a traditional seafood paella. End on a sweet note with smooth Spanish custard brûléed to caramelized perfection.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
