WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor the taste of authentic Latin American dishes with this fun culinary experience.
Explore the savory spices and sweet treats of Latin American cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with an easy-to-follow, delicious menu. With guidance from a top-level chef, you’ll craft succulent Peruvian spice-rubbed grilled chicken and flavorful rice and black-eyed peas with spicy chorizo sausage. Make cheesy rajas con queso, a creamy pepper dish, then indulge in sautéed banana frita dusted with cinnamon sugar for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
