This wine-infused cooking experience is perfect for discerning gourmet couples.

Couples hoping to celebrate their shared passion for food are sure to love this wine-soaked cooking class. In it, a renowned chef will teach you and your partner how to skilfully infuse your favorite meals with the sophisticated nuances of wine. The menu includes prosciutto-wrapped chicken with chianti sauce, risotto with pecorino cheese and chardonnay and a vibrant beet salad with goat cheese, pecans and cabernet vinaigrette. And if you need something sweet to round things off, some cabernet-poached figs with vanilla ice cream are sure to do the trick.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!
