Bring the magic of the fair to your kitchen with this playful summer cooking class. Start by frying up classic funnel cakes, finished with a generous dusting of powdered sugar. Next, roll and bake a double-crust blueberry pie, bursting with seasonal fruit and nostalgic charm. To top it all off, make gooey, chocolaty s’mores bars, the perfect sweet ending to a fair-inspired feast at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
