WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of homemade pasta and Italian favorites.
Led by an esteemed chef, this cooking class is designed for home chefs of all levels. Begin by making pasta for a hearty frittata with sausage and hot peppers and a rustic skillet lasagna topped with herbed ricotta. Serve with a fresh grilled Romaine Caesar salad. Dessert is classic tiramisu gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
