WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the secrets to creating classic French dishes.
If you're craving the flavors of Southern France, this cooking class is a wonderful way to get started. You'll join a world-class chef who will share techniques for preparing authentic recipes like pan-seared chicken breast and salade verte. You'll also learn how to properly slice and arrange ingredients for a rustic ratatouille tart. Enjoy delicate fig and raspberry crêpes for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
