Cooking Class - Make Your Own Michelin - Date Night
$ 99 Per person
all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Bring the magic of a fine dining restaurant home with this romantic date night class.
After this hands-on cooking class, you and your partner will be able to skip the reservation and recreate a restaurant-worthy meal at home. You'll start with a chile-crusted ribeye, cooked to perfection and finished with a fragrant herb oil. On the side, roast tender carrots paired with a slightly spiced and tangy harissa yogurt, plus a fresh arugula salad tossed with crunchy almonds and sweet blackberries. For dessert, bake a rustic plum galette served with luscious pistachio cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
