WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate the art of French flavors and culinary creativity.
Learn how to create the perfect French feast by joining this cooking class featuring gourmet cuisine. You'll join a world-class chef for these fun and engaging sessions. Learn how to combine choux dough, bacon, thyme and gruyère for flaky gougères. Master techniques for searing scallops and preparing a fresh endive and radicchio salad. Dessert is a creamy crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
