WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore a unique fusion of European flavors from Germany to the Mediterranean.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Kevin teaches guests about iconic flavor profiles from Europe, while expertly blending traditional ingredients into robust fusion dishes. Begin the class by preparing a savory grilled eggplant dish highlighting regional Mediterranean ingredients, such as crumbly feta cheese, fresh herbs and rich olive oil. Next, cook a bold and colorful main course of sautéed scallops with mashed purple potatoes, bright chimichurri and mango chutney inspired by the vibrant flavors of Spain. Finish the meal with a decadent chocolate cherry dessert reminiscent of the Black Forest.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
