What You’ll Do

Savor a taste of Hawaii with signature flavors from the islands.

This interactive cooking class showcases classic Hawaiian dishes. Guided by the chef, you’ll upgrade essential skills such as knife handling and balancing flavors while exploring iconic recipes. Grill pineapple and mix spicy slaw to complement juicy Kalua pork sliders. Learn to make a Hawaiian staple: spam musubi. To round out the meal, dip into strawberry-banana ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
