What You'll Do

Master traditional pastry techniques and craft two delicious flavors of French macarons.

Master the delicate French pastries made famous at Ladurée with this hands-on cooking class. Learn the delicate art of crafting gluten-free macarons in two decadent flavors: vanilla bean with mocha buttercream and blueberry cheesecake. An expert baker will guide you through the process, teaching you how to whip the perfect meringue and achieve the ideal texture for a sweet, sophisticated treat that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Now, as an instructor, Chef Jailyn’s goal is to empower each guest, helping them feel more confident and capable in the kitchen. With a focus on technique and encouragement, she creates a welcoming environment that inspires a love for cooking in everyone she teaches.
