This immersive cooking class explores the Mediterranean-inspired flavors of France’s southern provinces, brimming with fresh seafood and aromatic produce. Guided by the chef, you’ll enhance your skills while preparing refreshing salad and fragrant bouillabaisse, a classic seafood dish. For dessert, learn to make a French favorite, cherry clafoutis with honey whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
