Learn the basics of Japanese cuisine as you craft essential, authentic Japanese sauces. Chef Fumiko guides you through creating a three course menu that includes handmade sauces brimming with authentic Japanese flavors and ingredients.

Start with a crisp green salad, drizzled with a rich miso dressing. Pair fresh green beans with a luscious sesame sauce full of decadent sesame flavor. Then make a gorgeous salmon teriyaki glazed in a flavorful homemade teriyaki sauce. Enjoy a three course Japanese feast and expand your culinary repertoire with an array of new techniques and recipes, guaranteed to transform your kitchen into your new favorite Japanese restaurant.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Fumiko is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

Chef Fumiko is 100% Japanese and it shows in her every movement. Her simple grace and hospitality, her humble style and her delicious cuisine. Her sauces are so simple and yet they turn a few ingredients into an incredibly tasty dish. She is the real thing. Loved this class. Highly recommended.

One of the best cooking classes IĐ²Đ‚â„¢ve taken. Chef Fumiko was a great instructor and made making steamed buns and potstickers very fun and approachable.

For the cost. This could be way better. The ambience, decor had much to be desired.
