WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome fresh spring flavors with a seasonal menu.
Get inspired by the fresh flavors of the season in this spring-inspired cooking class. You'll work with a world-class chef to prepare a delightful menu bursting with seasonal ingredients. Start with marinated lamb skewers paired with an aromatic herb yogurt, then roast carrots with preserved lemons and feta for a flavorful side. Save room for dessert, where you'll whip up an upside-down fruit cake served with luscious buttermilk ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
