WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to create iconic British bakes including Victoria sponge.
When only comforting and cozy will do, the British bakes you’ll learn at this hands-on cooking class are the perfect option. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll go through making a light cake, which becomes a Victoria sponge and receive expert tips on making and using pastry. You’ll then move onto creating a true classic: sticky toffee pudding.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Booked Sushi Making For Beginners with Chef Amalia in White Plains

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
