WHAT YOU’LL DO

Say goodbye to shop-bought macarons.
Learn the secrets behind creating masterful macarons during this hands-on cooking class. With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll craft two types of decadent macarons from scratch. You'll begin with rich espresso macarons filled with a luscious mocha ganache, then try not to drool while preparing nutty toasted almond macarons featuring a heavenly honey cinnamon buttercream filling. At the end of the class, you’ll leave with a box of irresistible macaron treats.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.
