What You’ll Do

Learn basic and advanced knife techniques to improve your efficiency and safety in the kitchen.

This hands-on cooking class focuses on essential knife practices as an expert chef shows you how to slice, dice, julienne, and chop like a pro. You'll put your skills to work creating a beautiful French-inspired menu, featuring classic techniques and flavors.

Chef Daniel shares fundamental tips for proper grip and maintaining sharpness. Then, you’ll gain first-hand experience dicing vegetables for mirepoix, slicing squash with precision, and peeling and seeding tomatoes for a rustic ratatouille. Enhance your dish with finely prepared herbs, then thinly slice apples for a classic French dessert. With your new skills, you'll approach every dish with the confidence and finesse of a master chef.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
