WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare your favorite Italian desserts with a gourmet hand.
Bring international flavors and sweet scents to your home kitchen with this cooking class. Join a world-class pastry chef who will share tips for creating authentic treats. Start with a flaky cannoli filled with ricotta and orange zest. Move on to a rustic pear crostata with fluffy whipped cream. A rich chocolate hazelnut swirl gelato finishes off this sweet trio.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
