WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy the art of creating elegant rolls of sushi.
Forego restaurant sushi with this cooking class focused on fresh flavors and traditional techniques. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll work together while mastering steaming, slicing, filling and rolling several varieties of sushi. Start with a classic shrimp tempura roll before moving on to a spicy tuna roll. You'll also prepare avocado and vegetable hand rolls and a yuzu dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
