With the guidance of an expert chef, you’ll create a classic steak au poivre with flamed Brandy and mustard sauce and truffled pommes dauphine. Pair your meal with a fresh salad verte and finish off with a decadent dark chocolate soufflé. Register for this uplifting class today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
