WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to craft a summer-themed feast in this immersive cooking class.
This hands-on cooking class will get you ready for summertime cooking in no time. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and sharpen your knives while preparing a chopped salad with a zingy chipotle ranch dressing. Next, fire up the oven to craft fresh cornbread muffins as a delicious side dish. For your final dish, you'll prepare apple crisp, made entirely in a cast iron skillet.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.
