WHAT YOU’LL DO

Embarking on a cooking class offers a wonderful opportunity to explore French pastry techniques. Begin with ham & swiss gougères, a savory treat that sets the tone. Next, whip up delightful cream puffs filled with raspberry whipped cream for a sweet indulgence. The crowning achievement is the classic éclair, filled with velvety French vanilla pastry cream and topped with a shiny dark chocolate glaze. This experience promises to create both delicious pastries and lasting memories.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
