WHAT YOU’LL DO

Tackle any Thanksgiving menu with confidence and flair.

Prepare for a memorable Thanksgiving in this hands-on cooking class. Participants will learn the essential skills needed for holiday cooking, including herb brining and roasting techniques for delicious poultry. Discover how to whip up creamy mashed potatoes and achieve lump-free gravy that will wow your guests. Sharpen your knife skills for precise carving, and conclude with a delightful pumpkin crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e that will be the star of the dessert table.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
