Smoothies are a perfect way to get a healthy dose of nutrients in a single glass. During this class, health-conscience and triathlon competitor Chef Anja will show you how to blend your favorite ingredients together into one tasty treat.

And get ready for variety! You'll start with a vegetable-packed greens smoothie, move on to a protein-rich power-up blend, enjoy a sweet chocolatey dessert-esque one and then finish with a sweet and tangy hang-over detox variety. You'll appreciate that last one after your next weekend out.

Chef Anja has been cooking since she was just thirteen years old, fueling a passion which blossomed into a career that took her from her hometown of Tahoe City to learning to be a professional chef in France. While there, she went to cooking school in Montpellier and apprenticed at Michelin Star restaurants in Lyon. Since then, she has launched a successful personal catering business, cooking dynamic dishes from a French-Californian perspective with a healthy, flavorful emphasis in mind.
