WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore citrus, spices and delicious Mediterranean.

Get acquainted with vibrant Mediterranean flavors with this practical cooking class. A skilled chef will guide you from start to finish as you explore how to season tender chicken using fragrant zaâ€™atar spice blend. Using fresh ingredients, vibrant citrus and herbs, you'll craft mouthwatering sides. To finish, indulge in a homemade pistachio milk custard thatâ€™s ridiculously smooth, creamy and rich.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Daniel was such a fun and engaging chef! We had a great time and learned a lot even in such a short amount of time.

My husband and I wanted to do a cooking class for our 10th anniversary. We love sushi so when I saw Sur la table offered one we were so excited. We took a pasta making class together in Italy and I took a baking class back in NY. We were hoping for the same experience but it didnâ€™t even come close. The â€œChefâ€ was at another table with our backs to him, he was confused about what we were making, he left us to try and figure it out on our own and only as a last option did he come over to help. He seemed more interested in the sales pitch to take more classes and shop than teaching us how to make sushi. Our class only had 4 people because 2 people didnâ€™t show up, so you would think we would have gotten more one on one teaching. Wrong. He was more concerned about the class coming in after us. We ran out of tuna but he had all the tuna at his station that he made plus what the 2 people that didnâ€™t show up would have used but he didnâ€™t want to let us use any of it saying this is for the next classâ€¦ He never showed us how to make the traditional sushi roll with the rice on the outside he just talked about it. We never received the email that had the recipes and directions either. When we booked this they talked about a chef with over 20 years experience. We got a kid who â€œhas worked in restaurants and went to culinary school and has been teaching classes for a year.â€
