WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare a French steakhouse feast from start to finish.
Craft a steakhouse-inspired meal with a twist during this immersive cooking class. Learn how to prepare a French-inspired steak dinner with your expert chef guiding you from start to finish. You'll become an expert at navigating around the kitchen while using French techniques to prepare seared beef paired with a sauce reduction, cook starches and make a scrumptious pear tarte Tatin for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
