WHAT YOU’LL DO

Become an expert in all things chocolate macarons.
Prepare ridiculously chocolaty macarons during this hands-on cooking class. You'll work alongside a seasoned pastry chef to create these exquisite, bite-sized treats from scratch. Learn how to whip the meringue and mix the cocoa batter to perfection before mastering the techniques for piping the shells and crafting a delicious chocolate filling. You'll discover that there's more than meets the eye with this tasty French dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
