WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore ways to elevate your dishes with quality cookware.
In this cooking class, you'll spend an afternoon using high-quality Le Creuset cookware to craft a selection of mouthwatering French dishes. Learn traditional French techniques, how to use seasonal ingredients, and proper equipment handling. Your chef will teach you how to caramelize shallots and pair them with a melted Brie. Dessert is also on the menu - you can look forward to a chocolate mousse with hints of citrus.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
