Cooking Class - Master Moroccan Flavors

What You’ll Do

Experience the rich, diverse tastes of Morocco while learning to craft traditional dishes and desserts

Discover the vibrant world of Moroccan cuisine in our cooking class, where you'll dive into a blend of Spanish, French, Middle Eastern, and African flavors. This hands-on session will teach you to prepare Chicken Tagine, a classic dish cooked in a distinctive cone-shaped pot. You’ll also create two delicious sides: couscous and a zesty carrot salad. To top it off, learn how to make Mhencha, a delicate phyllo pastry filled with rich almond paste.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
