One of a kind experience and unmatched!! Chef Yasmine is a GEM, and her food and recipe is second to none. The Romance in Casablanca was perfect with her wonderful backyard and scenery. Definitely want to do this again.

A few weeks ago, my fiancé and I had the most fulfilling experience taking a Moroccan cooking class with Chef Yasmina! We were paired with 2 other people, so it was a small group of 4, plus Chef, which made for a personal and fun atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into her home, we were surrounded by warmth and beauty—her glassware, houseplants, decor, and stories all reflecting her worldly charm. The class was incredibly instructive, offering not only insights into the cuisine but also rich Moroccan traditions. Chef Yasmina let us tailor the experience, allowing us to decide how much we wanted to cook versus observe. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious! She even gifted us some extra oranges, fresh from her garden. I can’t recommend booking with her enough—10 out of 10!

This experience could not have been any better. The food was incredibly flavorful, Chef Yasmin made us feel like a part of her family, and the setting in her backyard to eat under an olive tree made us feel like we had traveled far out of LA.
We cooked Taktouka, Zaalouk, & Chicken Tagine with potatoes. Chef Yasmina was wonderful - very warm person & knowledgeable about cooking. She told us about her family life & how she started cooking with her mother & grandmother. We loved learning about the tagine pot.

My partner and I had a wonderful time with Chef Yasmina! She is warm, friendly, and patient. She asked us what we wanted out of the class, and delivered exactly that. It was the perfect balance of her cooking and teaching us, and allowing us to cook. Can’t forget that she has the cutest pups that are also great company! :)

Chef Yasmina provided the most amazing experience! Not only did we learn how to prepare each dish (which all turned out amazing thanks to her help!), but we had some of the most memorable conversations that I've had a long time. She's a wonderful person with so much personality and life experiences to share. On top of that, she has a comfy and well-decorated home and beautiful backyard to dine in - super romantic back there.
