WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover essential cooking techniques with seasonal ingredients in this hands-on culinary experience.
During this cooking class you'll explore essential grilling, baking and sautéing techniques using fall’s best ingredients. Marinate and sear steak with basil and orange gremolata, create a flaky pastry crust with tomatoes and Parmesan and bake a moist polenta cake with a bright citrus flavor for a complete fall feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
