Cooking Class - Culinary Voyage to South America

What You’ll Do

Explore beloved dishes from across the breadth of South America in this interactive class.

Treat your tastebuds to a carnival of flavors courtesy of this South American inspired cooking class. Start by grilling flank steak to juicy perfection, before topping with an aromatic Peruvian salsa. Travel north to create Salvadorian pupusas, masa cakes filled with cheese, and make a side dish of grilled corn, chili, tangy lime and smooth cotija cheese. Then, cool things down with a sweet dulche de leche ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Would have preferred getting a printed set of instructions for croissant recipes morning of class. Have not received the email with recipes yet. Suggest making class long enough to allow for proper rising times so we know what finished product should look and taste like. Otherwise a nice experience.
