WHAT YOU’LL DO

Dive into the world of rustic European breads with this cooking class. Discover the art of crafting artisanal loaves like a traditional Italian rosemary and roasted garlic focaccia and a crusty Dutch oven French bread. Learn to bake crispy Italian breadsticks and pair them with homemade flavored butter for a perfect finish. Experience the rustic charm of European baking techniques and elevate your bread-making skills with hands-on guidance.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The Chef wasn’t Gus, but the woman who did lead the class was great. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was also engaging and authoritative, which is always appreciated in an educational environment. Will definitely be taking more classes.

Chef Gus was personable, helpful, n great at teaching the class. I am a housewife who’s been cooking for 45 years, actually learnt a few new things from Chef Gus that I can apply to my own everyday cooking. I enjoyed my time in the class. The only possible improvement I can offer is with a few supplies items when we have to wait for chef Gus to pass out…those can be placed in a more central location of the space n the students can b instructed to get the supplies themselves, e,g. Water for the bao dough, Saran Wrap to cover dough, as well as take out containers. Thank you!
