Handcrafted croissants are just the thing for adding new tricks to your home baking life, an easy task thanks to this workshop-style cooking class. With instruction from a true master, you'll discover workable methods for crafting a complex laminated dough before turning it into an array of flaky classics from the patisserie case.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
