A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!

April was very personable and knowledgeable about our cuisine. She was well prepared and organized, guiding our participation and bringing it all together. This was a great experience and I would recommend it.
