WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make your summer sizzle with this grilling masterclass
Fire up the grill for this summer-inspired cooking class. A chef instructor will give you all the top tips and techniques for creating the perfect summer grilling menu. From grilled chicken with an apricot glaze, a feta vinaigrette for a seasonal veggie side and sweet corn and basil infused soft polenta. For afters, you’ll grill peaches to add fruity flavors to a homemade ice cream dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
