WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of homemade pasta in this hands-on workshop with essential techniques and recipes.
During this immersive cooking class, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch. A five-star chef will teach you all the techniques, from mixing and rolling dough to cutting pappardelle and filling ravioli. You'll simmer a hearty bolognese, cook a nutty brown butter sauce and enjoy a fresh salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!
