Whip up a feast of Italian dishes sans pasta for a fresh, seasonal menu.
Delve into the world of Italian cuisine with this chef-led cooking class. Skip the pasta and instead opt for grilling up a juicy pork chop, topped with a flavor-packed fresh green salsa made from garden herbs. Supreme citrus and slice fennel for a tangy side salad that cleanses your palate before infusing Marsala wine into custard to pair with berries.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was excellent and the food was very good. But we noted that two of the stations had one attendee. These attendees did not have to share the setups and food among four people, they each got their own. Therefore they had double the amount of food given to everyone else even though they paid the same price for the class. This is not fair. I felt like we we should have received our money back for half the cost of the food.
