Chef Polly was super hospitable and knowledgeable. We had fun making plant based Korean food and got to eat it while there! She happily answered any questions while teaching us the cooking steps.

Polly was an amazing host. This was better than anything I could have hoped for. We learned a lot, ate a lot and had plenty of awesome conversations about the Korean culture and food. Wholeheartedly recommend a class with Polly.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time with Chef Polly! Delicious food and really fun to make! Definitely going to try making this here at home!
