WHAT YOU’LL DO

Immerse yourself in Italian summer sweet treats through this fun cooking class.
If you want to add some desserts to your culinary repertoire, then this very enjoyable cooking class is for you. The focus will be on creating summer treats from Italian cuisines. Form mixing batters to rolling pastry, this is a great way to learn new baking skills. An expert chef will teach you to make many dishes, such as a chilled semifreddo.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.
