In this class, Chef Francesca will teach you how to create your favorite Italian dishes, vegetarian style! Her most popular dish, "the veggie lasagna" is filled with spinach, grilled zucchini, and layered with fresh sliced mozzarella and parmesan.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Francesca discovered her passion at a young age. She loves to cook traditional Sardinian and Italian food while using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients when handcrafting classics, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts.
