WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover dim sum made easy.
In this dynamic cooking class, you'll learn how to make these delicious bite-sized delicacies. A seasoned chef will first teach you how to form your dumplings by demonstrating the effortless folding of the dough and preparation of the tasty filling. You'll learn how to pleat and steam them to perfection. By the end, you'll be able to create a delicious dim sum to share with friends and family.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
