What You’ll Do

Elevate the classic steak dinner with techniques from French cuisine.

In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn tried-and-true techniques to enhance the flavors and textures of any dish. With gourmet tips from your chef instructor, you'll prepare an herb-packed compound butter to give the pan-seared steak a major flavor boost. You’ll also practice caramelizing onions, simmering rustic vegetable stew and making choux pastry for delicate cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
