Craft a romantic meal for two in this immersive cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to prepare rustic Italian flavors using authentic techniques. You'll grill chicken under a brick, make creamy risotto and finish with a classic Italian dessert to share.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
