Cooking Class - Tantalizing Thai - Chicago

all-inclusive: 2-2.5-hour class, 2-course meal.
Take a culinary journey to Thailand to craft classic dishes.
You'll learn how to make authentic Thai dishes in this cooking class. A chef will teach you how to balance the flavors of Thai cuisine while also learning the time-honored cooking techniques. You'll learn how to make a classic pad Thai and fry shrimp until crispy. Plus, improve your cooking skills and boost your confidence in the kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
