Cook through a four-course menu starting with refreshing spring rolls, stuffed with crisp vegetables and served with a savory dipping sauce. For the entrГ©e prepare a traditional pho noodle soup packed with hearty-flavor fresh seasonal ingredients and a side of sautГ©ed snow peas and mushrooms. End the class with a sweet avocado milkshake for a rich and decadent dessert.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Mary. She has incredible skills and was patient with us as we learned from her. Even my 10 year old grandson participated. The food was fantastic as was Chef Mary's personality.

Chef Mary was lovely. The food was delicious and light and she left us with recipe cards for each dish.
