You'll be transported to Spain in this immersive cooking class featuring special edition tapas from Seville. Under the expert guidance of Chef Jay, you'll learn how to prepare three authentic Spanish tapas, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a meal.

Start with espinacas con garbanzos, a rich and flavorful dish made with spinach and chickpeas, blended with a sauce of toasted bread, garlic and spices. Next, create salmorejo de Triana, a creamy and zesty tomato-based soup thicker than gazpacho. Finish with solomillo con salsa al whisky, tender pork medallions in a garlicky sauce. Book today!

Journey Culinary and chef Deborah Dupuis hosted a private cooking class for my family group of 6. They readily helped arrange a menu alternative to meet a dietary restriction for one of our group. Chef Deborah was friendly and informative as we moved through meal preparation. The Italian meal we created was delicious! The space was intimate and we very much enjoyed the activity together as a family. We plan to go back and we recommend Journey Culinary to others.
