Cooking Class - Master the Basics of Chinese Cuisine

all-inclusive: 3-hour class, 4-course meal.
Impress your dinner guests with fundamental Chinese culinary techniques
In this immersive cooking class, you'll learn how to create authentic Chinese cuisine from an expert chef. From special cutting techniques to pickling vegetables, this hands-on class will teach you everything you need to create a delicious Chinese meal. First, you will learn how to pickle cucumber and create delicate carrot "flowers". You will then cook a traditional Chinese stir-fry using shrimp or chicken and learn how to make perfect rice. You'll finish the meal by crafting a mango sago (tapioca) pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With cucumbers, red onions, carrots, sesame oil and ginger
Stir-Fried Garlic Shrimp (or Chicken) With Snap Peas
With shrimp (or chicken), snap peas, red bell pepper, garlic and ginger
White Rice
Mango Sago Pudding (Tapioca Pudding)
With tapioca pearls, whole milk (milk substitute available), coconut milk, honey and mangoes
