There's no better comfort food than home-baked bread. This in-person cooking class from Chef Jojo is your chance to learn how to make your own, from mixing bowl to bread basket.

Practice the art and science of achieving fermentation and gluten production for loaves that are crisp and chewy in just the right measure. You'll bake one loaf brimming with rustic artisanal charm and a second that's perfect for cutting into sandwiches-ready slices.

Bread, cake, cookies....all baked goods make me so happy and learning how to bake is such a wonderful and fulfilling feeling. Chef Jojo is a great teacher. Technique, ingredients, measurements, temperature......all important factors influencing the outcome of a bake and under Chef Jojo's expertise and tips and tricks the result is amazing!
